We decided on a pool post Covid – yikes, price hike for sure! We had several companies to choose from, but Kerry Martin Pools was the most thorough in terms of design, cost, and time-line. We did have to schedule a visit in the showroom to kick off the process, but it was worth the time and effort. Absolutely no hidden details and no pressure. We were kept up to date with email communications and phone calls. The project finished on time too. One mild hiccup along the way; in the end, we are pleased with all the work (pool, pavers, enclosure). Definitely would recommend!

Communication was open and timely. Time-line of construction was accurate. Responded to questions or concerns promptly and either answered questions or addressed concerns quickly.

Kyle design our pool and we loved it. From there, after contract was signed, we couldn’t wait until they started. What he designed, is what we received and more! Of course, Donna keeps everything together in the office. She kept us abreast during the entire process. If something needed to be change we were notified ahead of time. This was our first built pool and felt comfortable through the entire process. Brian, I can’t leave out, he was very knowledgeable and responsive if I had questions. Martin Pools started our job on time and finished it only one month late (not their fault as there were supply issues). This is a far better result than other neighbors have had from other pool companies. Ours was a big pool/spa complex with a large travertine deck and screen enclosure. Martin cleaned up the job site every day, managed a myriad of subs, and kept us as informed as possible throughout the process. Once done, they are very responsive to any issues and offer a 5 year guarantee. Glad we picked them!

Overall experience was great. Any issues I had during and after installation were addressed quickly. I do wish I had been advised to cap my sprinklers prior to initial dig. I also think a bit longer tutorial on operating the pool equipment would have been beneficial.
